TERMS OF SERVICE.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, this means that you are aware of the conditions to continue the work.I am not responsible for you not having read these terms.

⚠️ My art mostly has a horror content, gore and uncomfortable things that can trigger some people.

ARTIST.

When ordering arts from me, you will be contacting me just for the drawing, drawing is my job.I'll be respectful and patient.If your request somehow tries to "circumvent" my rules of what I draw, I won't draw.I don't accept my art being used to generate AI or for NFT.My art can only be used for something non-personal with MY PERMISSION.I will keep in contact and ask you about the artwork in progress until your confirmation, but after finishing your order, if you don't ask me for other future drawings, I will cut off communication. It's nothing personal.You can send me DMs to ask questions about my commissions, even if you are not going to buy, there are no problems.I draw 5 days a week, I reserve my weekends and holidays for rest. Keep this in mind.I have other work to do everyday at home, clean, cooking, reserving my time for health, studying and work, so my time is reserved, I will work on your drawing when I can.I have a waiting list and a number of clients that I will make art in the month, so if it exceeds the amount, I will inform you when I can make your art and leave you on the waiting list.Depending on the design, my deadline to deliver is up to 2 weeks or in 1 month at most. If something unforeseen happens, I will let you know.

CLIENT.

You, as my client, must have respect and patience, just as I will.
If you make me uncomfortable, I will not accept requests from you.You can use my artwork for PERSONAL purposes, such as icons, wallpapers, and the like, as long as you bought it or asked my permission.My art can be used for projects, as long as you have my permission, i have the credits and am informed beforehand.You can't change/edit my artwork or my signatures.I will not accept rude behavior, if it is rude, I have no obligation to make more of your arts.You can ask me for updates, but you can't demand shorter deadlines at no extra cost.You can keep contact with me for future drawings, but don't invite me to calls, events with other people or force intimacy/friendship.You can communicate with me in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.You can invite me for projects that need art, edit and stuff like that, but know that I require payment, we can negotiate.

COMMISSION.

My prices are based on my time used to draw and my expenses.My commissions have a watermark or a signature, perhaps both.You can ask me for several drawings simultaneously, but if you exceed the quantity of 4 drawings, the way I will deliver and draw your order will be different. I'll explain how it will work depending on the quantity.After I make the sketch in a way you asked for and eventually you want to change everything, I will charge you an extra amount for the exchange.I will send you several images of the progress of art, in decisive questions, I will only continue if you answer me.It is necessary that you send at least the reference of the characters you want me to draw. References such as poses you want, a specific palette and stuff like that, are appreciated.I WILL NOT draw characters without reference to create their appearances, this takes more time and more correction. If you want me to create an appearance, ask me for a ref sheet.
I will only do it using drawings offered specifically for this purpose: concept art or ref sheet.In case you commission me to make merchandising products, such as plush design, prints, stickers, and other things. We can negotiate the amount earned from the artist, or i demand a percentage of at least 5-10% of the amount earned in profits.After I start the sketch and send it to you, I won't give a refund.*The delivery of the order will be and will have a different deadline depending on what you have chosen.Drawings can be sent via email or discord.

PAYMENT.

Payment is made with half the price sent at the beginning of the Sketch, where I will only start drawing when I receive this part of the payment, and the last part must be sent at the end of the drawing so that you can receive the finished art.I only accept payment via Paypal or Pix (for Brazilians).Payments on Paypal will be requested by me, I will only start the drawing if the payment is confirmed.Payments by Pix must be confirmed with receipts after sending the key.refund will only be made if I don't start the sketch.If over time something unforeseen happens to you and you can't afford the other half of the drawing, don't worry, I'll wait as long as it takes and when you can pay, I'll deliver it, but I will also stop your commission until you give me news to continue.
