TERMS OF SERVICE.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, this means that you are aware of the conditions to continue the work.I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU NOT HAVING READ THESE TERMS.

ARTIST.

1 - As an artist, I will be respectful and patient with you, I understand that problems happen.2 - If your request makes me uncomfortable, i am not obligated to draw ANYTHING.3 - I DO NOT accept my art being used to train AI or for NFTs.4 - My art can only be used for non-personal purposes WITH MY PERMISSION.5 - Do not repost/trace my art. If you are to be faithfully inspired by or repost, at least give me credit.6 - I draw 5 days a week, i reserve my weekends and holidays for rest. I do not respond on saturdays and sundays, i don't draw for clients on these days, if you see me drawing other things, I am doing it FOR MYSELF.7 - I have pre-existing health problems (chronic illnesses that worsen my period), so in certain weeks of the month i will be sending fewer updates as i increase my rest time.8 - I start drawing/modeling or working on projects from 10 AM and stop at 8 PM. Other times are reserved for leisure and rest.9 - If I get contact with you, it will only be for what is necessary or to inform you about the commission.10 - I am methodical and follow a service order; i will make drawings according to the order in which each client arrives and establishes a request. Short deadlines or changes in deadlines will make me break this service order and cause me significant stress, so i charge an extra fee on your order for this.

CLIENT.

1 - You can communicate with me in English, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese. If you want to talk to me in other languages, i will rely on a translator.2 - As my client, you must have respect and patience just as i will. Be direct with your request and clear about any changes or important information.3 - You cannot alter/edit my art or my signatures on any drawing, not even in commissions.4 - Do not be rude; I do not accept rude behavior, and if you consider being so, i am not obliged to make drawings for you and will cancel your order.5 - You can ask me for updates or inquire about the drawing, but you cannot demand shorter deadlines without paying an extra cost. If you have a deadline for the drawing, LET ME KNOW in advance.6 - DO NOT keep pressuring me to be faster; it stresses me and makes me lose the desire to draw for you in the future.7 - You can keep in contact with me for future drawings, but do not invite me to calls, events with other people, or force intimacy/friendship. These things happen naturally.8 - You can invite me to indie or large projects, we can make agreements about payment.9 - Frequent customers, who have ordered from me at least 4 to 5 times, will receive a discount on their every next personal commissions.

COMMISSION.

1 - The prices of my drawings are a combination of the time I spend drawing and my expenses, such as bills, food, health, etc.2 - Commissions will always come with a watermark or a signature, maybe both.3 - You can request multiple orders at the same time, but if it exceeds the amount of 2 orders, the deadline to deliver your orders will be longer. I will explain how it will work depending on the quantity and the nature of the commission.4 - I will make a small thumbnail of your drawing request idea (if you don't know what it is, i will explain at the time), so that we can decide on the pose and composition, and from there i will start your sketch.5 - I will make a small composition of shapes if your request is a model; if everything is correct and the shapes match your ideas, i will start texturing the model.6 - After i make the sketch/model the way you requested and you eventually want to change everything or make a significant change, I WILL charge an extra fee for the modification, the amount will be half of the total commission price.7 - I will send several images of the progress of the art/model, in decisive matters or doubts, i will only continue if you respond me.8 - I WILL NOT DRAW or MODEL characters without reference or fixed images to create their appearances, this takes more time and requires more corrections. If you want me to create an appearance, ask me for a reference sheet.9 - If you purchase a ref sheet from me, you get a 25% discount on the price on a next commission you request for that character; model, or drawing.10 - My deadline is from 3 weeks to 3 months once I start your commission.

PAYMENT.

1 - Standard payment is half and half. Half upfront to start drawing and the remaining half when i finish and deliver.2 - I only accept payment via PayPal or Pix.3 - Payments through PayPal will be requested by me, and i will only start the drawing if the payment is confirmed.4 - Payments via Pix must be confirmed with proof after sending the key.
5 - If you want to change the payment method or discuss other methods, inform me before requesting the commission.6 - I may accept adopts, Steam games as payment DEPENDING on the case.

REFUND.

1 - A refund will only be given if i do not start the sketch; for the sketch already done and sent, I WILL NOT return the initial half of the payment if you back out in the middle of the process.2 - Refunds can be requested in case of cancellation before the order starts being made, and in that case, i will return the money.3 - I will not be able to give refunds for payments via PayPal, i receive conversion fees, and to refund you, i would have to pay an extra amount out of my own money to cover the fee, BUT I will give a 50% discount on the next commission you want to have with me in the future at any time due to this occurrence.4 - If the cancellation is on my side (the artist) because I cannot finish your art due to health reasons, i will give a 50% discount for the next commission you want to have with me in the future and a bonus icon.5 - If i have finished the commission, done your drawing, delivered it, and received my full payment and you decide to CLAIM ON PAYPAL at any point for a refund and open a dispute against me to get the money back, know that i will APPEAL to PayPal to the MAX to not return the money because I DID THE WORK. You will be blacklisted, i will inform all the artists in my network about you to warn other nearby artists not to work with you, my circle of contacts is really huge, so BE AWARE and don’t mess around with me.
